Moolzi is still in prelaunch. No payout or conversion provider is live, and this page must not be used to imply that a transfer, cashout, or exchange service is currently available.

Product and account questions

Email support@moolzi.com. The production mailbox, staffing schedule, and response targets must be verified before this page is used as an App Store or Google Play support URL.

Security reports

Email security@moolzi.com. Never send passwords, authentication codes, bank credentials, wallet private keys, or seed phrases. Do not access another person’s data or move funds while testing a suspected issue.

Privacy and account deletion

Privacy questions can be sent to privacy@moolzi.com. To request account deletion outside the app, use the account deletion page.

Reward and payout cases

When beta access opens, support instructions will explain which reward, provider, and payout identifiers to include. Do not send screenshots containing full payment details or identity documents unless an approved secure provider flow specifically requests them.
