Privacy Policy
Effective and last updated: July 29, 2026
This policy explains how Moolzi collects and uses information when you use our apps, website, reward catalog, support, and payout features. It is a prelaunch draft and must be reviewed against the operating company, launch countries, and signed provider agreements before publication.
Information we collect
- Account details such as email address, display name, locale, and consent records.
- Reward activity such as offer sessions, provider transaction identifiers, milestones, reward values, status changes, and support evidence.
- Security signals such as coarse country, privacy-preserving IP and device hashes, app version, device integrity result, velocity, and fraud decisions.
- Payout information such as method, currency, masked destination label, provider recipient reference, transaction identifier, status, and legally required verification result.
- Diagnostics and communications you send to support.
What we deliberately do not collect
We never request or store cryptocurrency private keys or seed phrases. If provider-hosted bank payouts launch, the selected payout provider will collect bank credentials on its secure pages; Moolzi is designed to store only a masked label, fingerprint, and provider reference. We do not sell personal information.
Why we use information
We provide accounts, attribute eligible rewards, prevent duplicate credits, process payouts, investigate missing rewards, detect coordinated abuse, comply with financial and platform obligations, communicate material status changes, and improve reliability.
Sharing and processors
Information is shared only as needed with the reward provider whose activity you choose, payout and identity-verification providers you select, hosting and security vendors, professional advisers, and authorities where legally required. Current launch processors and country-specific transfers must be listed here before production.
Retention
Account and support data is retained while the account is active. Security, ledger, payout, consent, dispute, tax, and anti-fraud records may be retained for the legally required period after deletion, with direct identifiers removed or restricted where possible. Exact schedules must be finalized per launch jurisdiction.
Your choices and rights
You can decline optional tracking and marketing notifications, change language and theme, access the information shown in your account, correct profile information, and request account deletion in the app. Depending on your location, you may also request access, portability, restriction, objection, or appeal of certain automated decisions.
Children
Moolzi is not directed to children. The production age floor and parental-consent rules will follow the strictest applicable provider, payout, and storefront requirement in each launch country.
Security and automated review
We use signed callbacks, encryption in transit, least-privilege access, audit logs, rate limits, and payout risk scoring. Automated signals can place a payout on hold or refer it to human review; users will have a support and appeal route. No security method is infallible.
